We’re always tinkering behind the scenes to improve our products and services, so we’re as happy as Barry (Larry’s even happier brother) to announce that we’ve added an escalator clause to over 200 of our standard policies for existing residential and commercial properties, including a whole range of combo covers. And we’ve added it for free – just because we’re nice like that.
This nifty little clause increases the policy limit by 10% every year after cover is taken out, to a maximum of 200% of the original limit.
