  Get a quote Wording Title to the property is subject to an estate rent charge, imposed on or after 20th August 1977

• Freehold rent charge (historic)

  Get a quote Wording Title to the property is subject to an outstanding, historic freehold rent charge, imposed prior to 22nd August 1977

• Outstanding charges entry

  Get a quote Wording Title is subject to a C (iv) charges entry which may still be enforceable
